THE FOUNDATION

Construct (n.) was founded by two women who've spent their careers on opposite sides of the same table. One building institutional trust, one building industry credibility; and decided the next generation of infrastructure needed both.

Capital Strategy & Institutional RelationshipsSuzanne's family shaped the physical development and broader infrastructure of Northern Virginia. She carries that legacy forward through The Hazel Advisory and now Construct(n.), where she serves the commercial real estate, construction, and data center industries with executive-level strategy, institutional relationships, and capital formation expertise. Active across CREDA, CREW, 7x24 Exchange, the Washington Airports Task Force, and the Northern Virginia Transportation Alliance, Suzanne operates at the intersection of the relationships that define this market and serves as co-founder and co-originator of Construct(n.) alongside Jennifer Andos.

Industry Credibility & Workforce PipelinesJennifer has spent 30 years building real partnerships and shaping brands, landing deeply in the data center market, helping an industry tell its story to a world that doesn't yet fully understand it. She reads both the industry and political landscape to shape narratives that are beneficial to every stakeholder. Her innovative ideas are sought-after by hyperscale data centers and community leaders. Jennifer serves as President of the Potomac Chapter of AFCOM, Vice President of the Loudoun First Responders Foundation, and sits on the School-Business Partnership Board at Loudoun County Public Schools and is a co-founder and co-originator of Construct(n.) alongside Suzanne Hazel Rupp.
